Kourtney, a devoted mother to daughter Penelope Scotland, 11, sons Mason Dash, 14, and Reign Aston, 9, from her previous relationship with Scott Disick, recently welcomed her newest addition, son Rocky Thirteen, with husband Travis Barker.
Kim, on the other hand, shares daughters North West, 10, and Chicago West, 6, along with sons Saint West, 8, and Psalm West, 4, with her ex-husband Kanye West.
