Travis Barker, husband of Kourtney Kardashian, recently added a meaningful new tattoo to his extensive collection.
On Friday, the Blink-182 drummer, 48, unveiled his latest ink on Instagram, showcasing "FAMILY" in large gothic letters down the side of his forearm. The black-and-white photo, likely taken by his tattoo artist, highlighted this new addition atop his already intricate sleeve.
In the same image, Barker revealed a tribute to his eight-month-old son Rocky, whom he shares with his reality TV star wife, Kourtney, 45. The baby’s name is now permanently etched on the inside of Barker's wrist, a design he had previously hinted at with a stencil image.

Barker has a personal tradition of tattooing the names of his children on his body. Besides Rocky, he also has the names of his three other children — son Landon, 20, daughter Alabama, 18, and stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya, 24, from his previous relationship with Shanna Moakler — on his lower back. Earlier this year, he and Alabama even got matching tattoos to commemorate her 18th birthday.
In the photo series, Barker shared a snapshot of himself lying face down on a table at the tattoo parlor, shirtless and displaying his numerous tattoos. Alongside the tattoo updates, he included photos of his recent activities, such as rehearsing with his bandmates and preparing to teach Rocky to drum. One photo showed him drumming with Blink-182 members Mark Hoppus and Tom DeLonge, while another captured him sitting at his drum kit with a toddler-sized drum set nearby, indicating his plans for Rocky.
His Instagram caption simply read: "No days off." Barker also shared moments with his friend Machine Gun Kelly, showcasing a performance and filming session. His passion for vintage cars was evident as well, with photos of him driving a bright orange Chevrolet Blazer convertible in the desert and a muted green convertible at a lavish mansion. From his band’s ongoing world tour, Barker posted images of concert equipment boxes emblazoned with his name and a snapshot of a broken drumstick, a testament to his energetic performances.

Barker and Kardashian welcomed their first child together in the middle of Blink-182’s tour last year. Their baby boy is the newest addition to their blended family. Kardashian shares three children — Mason, 13, Reign, 8, and Penelope, 11 — with ex-boyfriend Scott Disick, while Barker has three children from his previous marriage.
In recent episodes of The Kardashians' fifth season, Kourtney opened up about her pregnancy complications last September. Barker rushed home from the tour to support her through a critical fetal surgery that ultimately saved their baby’s life. In November 2023, Kardashian gave birth to a healthy baby boy, fulfilling the couple’s long-expressed desire to expand their family.
