In a rare public appearance since welcoming their son Rocky, Kourtney Kardashian passionately cheered on her partner, Travis Barker, as he tackled a beach marathon at the Santa Monica Pier.

As the day kicked off at 9:56 am, Kourtney's initial post captured a distant view of the pier, setting the tone for the marathon excitement. Subsequent updates showcased the finish line on the sandy beach, reinforcing the dedication of the 48-year-old drummer. Notably, Kourtney reposted Travis's celebratory Instagram post, where he proudly displayed his silver medal and race memento while concealing his face behind black sunglasses and a cup of matcha.

The victory, however, was not without its challenges. Travis Barker, a member of Blink-182, had revealed the day before that he had endured a severe leg injury in the lead-up to the marathon. In a candid Instagram Story, he shared a black-and-white image showcasing his tattooed leg with electrotherapy pads affixed to his thigh. Despite a strained iliopsoas tendon, Travis expressed his determination, declaring, "I'm still running this marathon."

Adding a touch of humor to his marathon preparations, Travis detailed his favorite pre-race meal, confessing, "Eating a ton before my marathon tomorrow. My go-to snack is a bagel with cream cheese."
The couple's journey to the marathon wasn't without controversy, as Travis Barker faced criticism for a recent photoshoot with Kourtney. The snapshots, taken at the Kardashians' Christmas Eve party, depicted the couple in black attire on a sled amidst snow-covered trees. Kourtney, adorned in a black bodysuit and a voluminous fur coat, labeled the images on Instagram as "Mom and Dad’s night out."
