The 42-year-old reality star, who recently had an explosive fight on the premiere of The Kardashians, chose a casual ensemble of grey sweats as she visited Kitson in Beverly Hills.
She concealed her tiny waist beneath the baggy outfit and embraced a fresh-faced look without makeup during her retail therapy session. Completing her look with grey sandals, Kim maintained a subtle smile as she exited the celebrity-favorite boutique.

This outing followed Kim's appearance at her son Saint's basketball game, where she reunited with her ex-husband Kanye West and sister Khloe. The support for Saint came a day after she treated her daughter North, 10, to the Los Angeles Sparks' opening game in Long Beach, California. Kim also recently shared a clip of Saint making a buzzer-beater to win a basketball game.

In addition to North and Saint, Kim and Kanye share six-year-old daughter Chicago and five-year-old son Psalm. Kim surprised audiences with an unexpected appearance at Netflix's star-studded event, The Roast of Tom Brady, where she delivered a tribute to the NFL icon. Despite being booed upon stepping onto the stage at Los Angeles' Kia Forum—a moment later edited out of the broadcast—Kim confidently delivered her Brady-centric jokes, managing to elicit some laughs.

This came after Kim's appearance at the Met Gala, where she wore a custom Maison Margiela by John Galliano outfit featuring a corset that showed off her tiny waist. She was seen struggling to breathe in the corset in a video shared by Vogue, taking long, slow exhales as the Vogue director asked about her breathing. Kim responded in measured breaths, "It's an art form. But I got it."
Her outfit sparked concern on social media, with some speculating she had ribs removed and others predicting she would end up in the hospital. In 2019, she revealed she took corset breathing lessons to fit into a corseted dress for that year's Met Gala, where she wore a Thierry Mugler number.

Meanwhile, season five of Kim's family's Hulu series, The Kardashians, is set to premiere on May 24.
