In this week's emotional episode of The Kardashians, Khloe Kardashian provided her sister Kim Kardashian with a supportive shoulder to lean on while discussing the struggles she faced with her exes, Lamar Odom and Tristan Thompson.

Khloe, 39, was married to Lamar Odom, 43, from 2009 to 2013, with their divorce finalized in 2016. During a difficult time, she decided to withdraw her divorce petition to help Lamar make medical decisions when he was placed on life support after being found unconscious at the Love Ranch brothel in Nevada. Despite her efforts, they did not reconcile when he regained consciousness. Khloe and Tristan Thompson, 32, had an on-and-off relationship from 2016 to 2022 and share two children together, five-year-old daughter True and infant son Tatum.

However, they are no longer together due to Tristan's infidelity, which led to several tumultuous moments in their relationship. During the episode, Kim was upset about the anti-Semitic comments made by her ex-husband Kanye West. She confided in Khloe, wondering if her previous show of support for the Jewish community might have somehow influenced Kanye's controversial remarks. In response, Khloe empathized with Kim's pain and opened up about her feelings regarding Lamar and Tristan.

Khloe shared her heartache over Lamar, stating that she feels bad for him every single day. She also expressed concern about Tristan's current situation, noting that he is not currently on an NBA team. While acknowledging that Kanye's issues were different, Khloe wanted Kim to know that she could relate to her feelings of helplessness. She reassured her sister that it was okay to cry and have emotions, emphasizing that Kim's compassionate nature was the reason behind her heartbreak for Kanye.

Regarding Lamar's past struggles with drug use, Khloe acknowledged that those challenges might define him in the public eye. Nevertheless, she emphasized that they still feel empathy for his situation. Throughout Lamar's medical crisis, Khloe remained by his side, supporting him through his recovery before their divorce was finalized in December 2016. Similarly, Tristan Thompson had his share of ups and downs in his NBA career. While he played the majority of his career with the Cleveland Cavaliers, he had brief stints with the Boston Celtics, Indiana Pacers, Sacramento Kings, and Chicago Bulls. Recently, he signed with the Los Angeles Lakers and participated in six games during their playoff run.

Khloe's heartfelt conversation with Kim showcased the bond between the sisters, as they navigated through their emotions and experiences with their respective exes. Despite the challenges they face, Khloe offered a message of hope to her sister, reassuring her that difficult times would eventually pass. This episode highlighted the genuine compassion and support that the Kardashian family shares with one another, reminding viewers that even in the face of personal struggles, empathy and understanding can make a difference.
