Reportedly, the stalker who has been sending Taylor's record label threats is a man named Eric Swarbrick who lives in Austin, Texas. As Taylor has a huge fanbase and almost 99% of them being her wellwisher, it is just a little hard to take in. But Taylor's all safe now as the stalker has been sentenced to prison for 30 months by a federal judge.

According to the records filed in federal court, Taylor's stalker, Eric Swarbrick was also given the sentence to prison for 30 months during his hearing in Nashville on Wednesday, Sept. 16 after he pleaded guilty for stalking her. The sentence also includes a term that says three years of supervised release which is agreed by prosecutors in a plea agreement.

In a complaint filed, it said that Swarbrick sent over 40 emails and letters to Taylor's record label, Big Machine Label Group in 2018. He asked for the CEO to him to Taylor in his letter. Swarbrick's letters became more violent and the fan converted into a crazy man over the time as on three occasions, he drove to Nashville himself to drop the letter. Yikes!

It sounds crazy to have a stalker like Eric Swarbrick. We send Taylor all love and positivity to deal with this issue and we hope for her to be strong while facing problems like this. All our love, support, and power to you Taylor!
