Kim Kardashian feels powerless and "like she can only take so much" as her husband Kanye West continues posting troubling tweets.

SKIMS founder Kim Kardashian, 39, now feels exhausted and powerless as husband Kanye West's tweets go out of hand. As reported by a source to the PEOPLE, Kim and Kanye's relationship is at risk again! The couple was at the brink of divorce just months ago but the couple reunited in their family getaway. Yet again Kanye, 43, has been posting series of bizarre tweets targeting the music industry. And as a result of his unusual and violating tweets, Twitter has banned the rapper for some period of time claiming his post where he shared the screenshot of the phone number of an editor of Forbes violated the rules.

Besides the tweet of him sharing the phone number of the editor of Forbes, he also posted a video where he appeared to urinate on one of his Grammy awards. This tweetstorm came only two months after he shared very private and controversial tweets about his wife Kim and mother-in-law, Kris Jenner. And his bizarre tweets have been blamed to appear because of his bipolar episodes.

A source tells PEOPLE that Kim is "at the end of her rope — again." "He's off his meds, he promised he'd stay on them. The last time, part of his negotiation with Kim was that he'd get back on his medication and he would work very hard to control his impulses. He made a lot of promises. And now those promises are broken, less than a month later."

Kim feels "like she can only take so much." The source adds saying, "It's the same thing over and over and over again. He's on very thin ice with her right now, and she's truly trying to decide what to do to protect the kids, but also her own sanity. The whole thing is discouraging and difficult for her," the source continued. "Kim had zero clue that he was going to tweet anything, none whatsoever. And she saw the tweets and was like, 'Seriously? Again?' She wants to be a supportive partner, she's doing everything she can do to support him. But he has to support himself. He has to take care of his own health. She can't force-feed him medication. She can't make him do anything he doesn't want to do."

Kim feels that his bipolar disorder changes who he is and it is all that's making him do it. The mother-of-four also told Vogue last year that "For him, being on medication is not really an option because it just changes who he is." And as for his political career, she says that it's less of her concern as him being a good father to her kids is a top priority.

"She doesn't care one bit about the presidential run," the source said. "She wants the kids to be happy and to have a stable father. That's all she wants. And she'll do whatever she can do to have that happen. But she is not going to cater to his whims." "For such a powerful woman, she feels very powerless, and she hates it," the source added. "She loves Kanye very much, and he just doesn't realize how much pain he's causing her."
