Kim Kardashian has recently drawn attention with a unique clause she included in a contract allowing her son, Saint West, to start his own YouTube channel.

At the center of this intriguing arrangement is a "diva clause" involving her 11-year-old daughter, North West, who has been making waves in the entertainment world herself. The 43-year-old reality star and aspiring attorney outlined strict rules for her eight-year-old son, Saint, as he embarks on his vlogging journey.

One of the key stipulations in the contract is that Saint is not allowed to film while North is recording music for her highly anticipated debut album, *Elementary School Dropout*. The title is a nod to her father Kanye West’s iconic debut album, *The College Dropout*. North, who made her public music debut during Kanye's *Vultures 2* listening party in Phoenix, is now focused on her own creative path, and the clause is intended to protect her work environment from potential distractions. Any breach of these conditions could result in his YouTube page being made private or deleted.

Kim took to Instagram to share the news, humorously announcing, "I finally allowed Saint to have a YouTube channel after signing an extensive contract! LOL! Please subscribe!" While the contract was only partially visible in her post, it revealed several rules Saint must follow to keep his channel active. These include prohibitions against filming personal family moments, disclosing family information, and the requirement to have all videos approved by a guardian before posting.  Although Saint’s channel is still in its early days, the young content creator has already posted several vlogs under the username "TheGoatSaint."

These include first-person gameplay clips and an outing to Dave & Buster’s with his friend Zen. One memorable moment featured Saint excitedly winning a large number of tickets at an arcade game, showing his enthusiasm for his new online venture. Despite having just launched, his channel has already garnered over 2,000 subscribers. In parallel, North West is making her mark as a rising star in the entertainment world. With her appearance on Kanye’s track “Talking/Once Again,” and her announcement of her debut album, the spotlight on North is growing. Her album title, *Elementary School Dropout*, is a clear homage to Kanye's groundbreaking work, which set the tone for his career.

North’s presence in the industry is further solidified by her involvement in projects such as her popular TikTok account with her mother, which boasts over 19 million followers. Beyond the excitement of Saint and North's individual ventures, Kim Kardashian continues to juggle her role as a mother of four. She has openly shared the challenges of parenting her children—Saint, North, Chicago, and Psalm—particularly in light of her split from Kanye West. The couple's divorce, finalized in 2021, included an 80/20 custody agreement, with Kanye paying $200,000 per month in child support.

Despite the hurdles, Kim remains dedicated to her family, balancing her growing legal career, personal brand, and the ever-evolving dynamics of her children’s budding careers.
