This marks a significant decrease from the initial $21.9 million they sought when the property was first listed in 2022, as reported by TMZ. The former couple, who purchased the estate for $13.4 million in 2018, have faced challenges in selling the luxurious property.

Their decision to lower the price follows a previous reduction to $18 million in February 2023, according to TMZ. The spacious mansion, boasting 9,000 square feet of living space, features seven bedrooms and ten bathrooms, along with a range of high-end amenities. In March 2023, Jenner and Scott further reduced the price to $19.99 million. Despite these efforts, the listing was temporarily withdrawn in September 2023 before being reintroduced at $17.995 million.

The property is currently listed by Adam Rosenfeld of Mauricio Umansky's brokerage The Agency, alongside Million Dollar Listing stars Josh and Matt Altman of Douglas Elliman. The Beverly Hills home, originally built in 1971 and extensively remodeled before Jenner and Scott's purchase, includes a stunning master bedroom suite spanning 2,300 square feet. Other notable features include a scenic pool, a movie theater, a billiard room, a gym, and a massage room. Jenner and Scott, who share two children, Stormi and Aire, have had an on-and-off relationship since 2017. Despite their breakup in January 2023, they continue to co-parent amicably. Following their split, Jenner began dating Academy Award nominee Timothée Chalamet. The couple went public with their relationship in September 2023.

The initial listing of the Beverly Hills home came three months before Jenner and Scott's January 2023 separation. The couple, who welcomed their daughter Stormi in February 2018, had previously rekindled their romance in 2020. However, their busy lifestyles and the stresses of fame contributed to their eventual decision to part ways.
