Kim Kardashian has filed for a restraining order against an alleged stalker, Melvin Jeffery Conley, after learning of his terrifying actions from her American Horror Story: Delicate costar, Emma Roberts.
This step comes as a precautionary measure following the troubling experiences Roberts had with Conley, which she shared with Kardashian. The 43-year-old reality TV star, no stranger to dealing with stalkers, took legal action after being informed by Roberts about Conley's disturbing behavior.

According to TMZ, Kardashian's fears were ignited by a conversation with the 33-year-old actress, who had a chilling encounter with Conley. Roberts recounted how Conley had broken into her home and later called her from her own landline, leading to a deeply unsettling experience. In her filing, Kardashian detailed how Roberts had warned her about Conley's intentions. Roberts had received a call from her home phone, which she assumed was a family member. Instead, she found herself speaking to Conley, who she had never met. Conley falsely claimed that Roberts had given him permission to stay at her house.
Despite her immediate call to the police, Conley managed to escape before being apprehended. Kardashian's concerns escalated when Conley’s actions after fleeing Roberts’ home suggested he might target her next. According to the restraining order request, Conley visited Kris Jenner’s home the day after his encounter with Roberts. There, he spoke to security guards, claiming he had a scheduled meeting with Kardashian and mistakenly believed he was at her house. He bizarrely asserted that he was Kardashian’s long-term manager and an NBA player with the Toronto Raptors.

Conley's pursuit did not end there. In July, he allegedly visited Kardashian's Malibu home, which is not her primary residence.
