In the Season 5 finale of their Hulu series, the Kardashians delved into discovering their 'biological age,' with surprising and mixed reactions from the family members.
At the start of the episode, Kim informed Khloe Kardashian and Kris Jenner about a test that determines the actual age of one’s body compared to their chronological age. Kim, who recently began her therapy journey, along with Kris, Khloe, and Scott Disick, decided to take the test.

Remarkably, everyone but Scott received results showing a biological age younger than their actual age. The most surprising result came from Khloe, whose biological age was revealed to be 28, making her 11 years younger than her then-age of 39. Kim's biological age turned out to be 34, showing a nine-and-a-half-year difference, while Kris's biological age was six years younger than her chronological age, though she had hoped for a more significant difference.
In a confessional, Kim shared, “We are getting our results today, and we have the owner of the company calling us to walk through our results. I am so nervous and I’ve never been more excited for something in my life.” The family connected via video call with Dr. Matt Dawson, CEO of TruDiagnostic. Kim expressed their excitement to hear the results. Matt revealed to Kris that she was six years younger biologically than her chronological age, which led to cheers from Khloe. However, Kim noted in a confessional, “She’s pissed. She thought she was gonna be, for sure, my age, like for sure, for sure.”

When it was Kim's turn, she nervously asked if she was younger before opening the results. Matt confirmed she was younger, revealing her biological age as 34, nearly 10 years younger. The family was stunned, and Scott commented, “That makes sense.” Matt further explained, “It’s incredible. I mean, that is a really amazing score, and I think the more impressive thing, Kim, than just the age, is the pace of aging. 0.82 means you’re aging 18% slower than most people your age, that’s why you’re nine years younger,” to which Khloe responded, “Oh, this is f***ing amazing.”

Kim expressed her happiness in a confessional, “I’m happy. I’m so happy. You know, it’s nine and a half years, I think, so 10 years, let’s round it off. I’m 10 years younger. I feel like it, I act like it, I look like it.” As Dr. Matt continued, Khloe’s anxiety grew. Kris confessed, “Khloe is so nervous about these results from this test that she’s making me nervous, so I just want a good result for her.” Kim joked about passing the results to her “younger sister” or “older sister.”

When Khloe's results were revealed, Dr. Matt shared, “I’ve told your mother and your sister that they are world-class agers. You are a world champion.” Kim opened the packet and screamed, “Khloe! You’re in your 20s!” Khloe, stunned and ecstatic, practically collapsed behind the couch as Kris joked, “I lost my hearing,” and Scott commented, “You’re a child.” Kim revealed Khloe’s biological age as 28. In a confessional, Khloe expressed her disbelief, “Never in a million years… like if I had to bet money, I never would have bet on myself. I would have completely lost the bet. Kim is livid, by the way, like I know she’s pissed.” Kim admitted, “For sure I’m pissed.
I always want to be the highest achiever,” as Khloe added, “I don’t think I’ve ever beat her in anything, like what?” Dr. Matt continued explaining Khloe’s exceptional results, including her pace of aging, which placed her number seven in the world for self-rejuvenation. Khloe exclaimed, “I’ve never won anything.” Scott’s results matched his chronological age, reflecting his past health habits, including drugs and alcohol. Khloe found the test fascinating, despite initially hating it, celebrating her unexpected results. Kim, determined to improve, declared she would retake the test every six months. Khloe humorously attributed her success to milkshakes. As they ended the call, Kris praised Khloe, calling her a rock star, while Kim remained stunned by the results.
