The trailer, posted to *The Kardashians* Instagram, shows Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kris Jenner, and Scott Disick undergoing the testing process. In the previous episode, Kim visited a prison, highlighting her varied interests and activities. The family members meet with a doctor who takes their blood for the test. Scott Disick seems genuinely surprised that Khloe actually wants to live a longer life. "You're trying to live longer?" Scott asks, to which Khloe replies, "Yes." Scott then asks, "For what?" Khloe responds, "To be with my kids." Scott acknowledges her answer with a simple, "Ah, got it."
While this process is ongoing, the siblings share their thoughts in confessionals. Kim claims that their momager, Kris, is lazy, while Khloe criticizes Kourtney's 'disgusting' healthy diet. Khloe, speaking candidly, says, "I honestly feel like all of my sisters would be probably younger."
