Travis, 48, and Kourtney, 45, were married in Portofino, Italy, during the summer of 2022 and welcomed Rocky in November. The touching picture comes a week after Kourtney revealed on Hulu's "The Kardashians" the medical condition that required her to undergo emergency fetal surgery while pregnant with Rocky. "Baby Rocky had to have fetal surgery for fluid in his lung," Kourtney shared on the show. "It's super rare, but we were lucky to catch it."

She expressed gratitude for the successful surgery, saying, "Thank you, God, for this successful surgery. I'm honestly just so grateful, I have no words." Kourtney opened up about her anxiety following the surgery, revealing, "I was filled with fear after the surgery and the fluid in his lungs." She explained how positive thinking helped her cope, saying, "I started talking to the baby every day, saying my prayers, and after I had that mindset shift, the fluid was completely gone, and we had not one single problem after."

Kourtney, who also shares children Mason, 14, Penelope, 11, and Reign, 9, with ex-fiancé Scott Disick, first went public with the surgery last September. "As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery," she shared on Instagram. "I don’t think anyone who hasn’t been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear."

During the surgery, Blink-182 postponed some of their European tour dates so Travis could return home to be with Kourtney. Travis later posted pictures of the prayer room at Glasgow Airport, indicating his urgent return home.
