Kim Kardashian recently shared why she has never sought therapy, attributing her mental well-being to the support of her close friends.
In the latest episode of *The Kardashians*, the reality star celebrated her 43rd birthday with her closest friends at Funke in Santa Monica, a group she affectionately calls her "lifers."

During a confessional, Kim expressed her gratitude for her friends, saying they are the reason she has never felt the need for therapy. “Honestly, I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for my friends. I have the best friends, and they’re super supportive. That’s probably why I’ve never seen a therapist, because I have the best friends in the entire world, and they mean everything to me.”
The birthday celebration included friends like Allison Statter, Zoe Winkler (daughter of Henry Winkler), Simone Harouche, Lindsay May, Sarah Meyer Michaelson, and Ashley Kraines. Kim beamed as she posed with her friends, remarking, “These are officially the lifers that I talk about all the time. I always say I hit the jackpot in the friends department.”

Kris Jenner, Kim’s mother, gave a heartfelt toast, expressing her love and admiration for Kim. “I fell in love with you the moment we met and have been obsessed with you ever since. It means so much to Kim that you guys are here. I love you all and thank you for coming.”
Kim then took a moment to address her friends, prompted by her sister Khloe to show off her figure. “So all of you here, whether you’re my lifers that I’ve known my whole life… you’re all my ride or dies.
