The 43-year-old SKIMS mogul took to Instagram to showcase the unique two-piece ensemble that Janet Jackson, 58, wore in her 1993 "If" music video.
Engaging her 362 million followers, Kardashian revealed her taut midriff in the cropped black vest and matching lace-up suede trousers. In her first post, she filmed her footsteps in pointy-toe black heels, teasing, "Can you guys guess where I'm going tonight? I bet you will never guess."
She followed this with a clip soundtracked to Janet's upbeat R&B hit, hinting at her destination. Kim then recorded herself in the backseat of a luxury vehicle en route to the Acrisure Arena at Greater Palm Springs, showing a glimpse of her bleach blonde locks and fully made-up face. The snippet was accompanied by another of Jackson's hits, "Any Time, Any Place." Kim warned her fans, "I'm spamming tonight so unless u wanna see so much @janetjackson content I suggest u stay off my page."

Kim also shared a note from Janet Jackson, received shortly after she acquired the outfit. In May 2021, Kim had posted a photo of Janet in the "If" video, gushing, "For @janetjackson's bday bc I'm such a fan I can't believe I won this outfit on @jules_auctions." Janet reposted it, adding, "Thank u so much @kimkardashian I hope 'IF' gives u as much pleasure as it did me," with three kiss emojis.
Juliens Auctions also announced Kim's purchase on X (formerly Twitter), with a photo of the sexy outfit on a mannequin. The accompanying note read: "SOLD for $25,000! The low-rise trousers feature fringe down the sides, and the sleek, cropped vest has buttons up the front with thin, white shells sewn onto either side.
