Kim Kardashian, 43, flaunted her incredibly smooth complexion as she left the celeb-favorite skincare center, Epione, in Los Angeles on Wednesday afternoon.

Emerging makeup-free, the SKIMS founder looked radiant following her appointment with cosmetic dermatologist Dr. Simon Ourian. Epione, renowned for its array of skincare treatments and procedures, offers everything from non-surgical facelifts to laser tattoo removal. Kim seemed pleased with her results, bidding farewell to a staff member with a hug.

For her outing, she opted for a casual look, wearing baggy black sweatpants, a windbreaker jacket over a tiny black bandeau top, slide sandals, and slicked-back bleach-blond hair styled in a bun. She accessorized with sunglasses and carried her iPhone instead of a purse. Kim shared her experience at Epione on her Instagram Story, introducing Dr. Ourian to her followers. Over the years, she has frequently turned to him to maintain her youthful, fresh skin. Dr. Ourian is a go-to dermatologist for many models and Hollywood stars and treats Kim's entire family.

In one Instagram Story photo, Kim showcased a minimal makeup look with plump lips, posing for a selfie with Dr. Ourian by her side. She also featured him prominently in a video, praising him as her "cosmetic dermatologist, therapist, everything," before he interjected with a thank you. The video, shot in a minimally designed room with a rack of black coats, left it unclear if it was filmed at his office or during a house call.

Dr. Ourian is well-known for his non-surgical procedures that adjust the shape of a patient's nose or contour their jawline, avoiding the longer recovery periods and higher infection risks associated with surgery. In 2022, he told Allure that part of Kim's beauty secret is her genetics, noting her remarkably symmetrical and well-proportioned face. He described her face as "wonderful and symmetrical" during a previous appointment, which Kim shared on Instagram, jokingly calling him "a necessity in my life."

Kim has admitted to undergoing Coolbeam laser treatments with Dr. Ourian to reduce the appearance of stretch marks. Rumors suggest she may have had a non-surgical tummy tuck, although she has not confirmed this. Despite the speculation, Kim's recent visit seemed more about maintenance, as she expressed in her Instagram Story caption that she "missed him." Dr. Ourian's expertise continues to keep Kim looking her best, whether through regular treatments or potential future procedures.
