Kanye West's $2.2 million Calabasas ranch appears dilapidated and crumbling in shocking new photos nearly four years after the rapper boarded up the home in September 2020.

The "Heartless" hitmaker, 46, whose top Yeezy executive recently quit over the brand's move into pornography, initially purchased the residence in 2018 for use as the headquarters for his Sunday Service and Donda Academy. West also purchased an additional 300 acres surrounding the property for $4 million.

Recent images reveal the home remains uninhabited and in disrepair, with one photo showing a large hole at the front entrance, debris, and roof pieces scattered on the ground. Roof shingles are missing and falling off, while plants and trees are overgrown near the main house. Portions of the concrete driveway are chipped, and one side of the property is partially concealed by a red covering.

A circular patch outside the home, bordered by a deteriorating fence, appears to be the location of one of Ye's dome structures built to help with homelessness in Los Angeles. The area around the main home is unkempt with dry grass patches and piles of dirt or sand.Kanye purchased the ranch while still married to Kim Kardashian, with their divorce finalized in November 2022. By February 2023, photos showed the property already in a state of disrepair, with the main home and guest house covered with partitions and fencing. The guest house walls were taken down, leaving behind a wire fence with trash strewn around, and parts of the main building's walls had fallen, leaving gaps in the frayed fence covering.

A 4x4 tank, barbecue smoker, and school props such as drums and trikes from Donda Academy days were also seen on the property. West reportedly lived on the property with his then-girlfriend, model Irina Shayk, while Kim Kardashian stayed in their $60 million Calabasas mansion with their four children.

The property features a stunning floor-to-ceiling stacked-stone fireplace, inlaid hardwood floors, huge vaulted open-beam ceilings, and a spacious ground-floor master suite with a walk-in closet and spa-style bath. It includes two detached guest units, a four-car garage, a huge metal workshop or barn, a corral, and space for a pool or vineyard, appealing to equestrians, aspiring winemakers, and car enthusiasts alike.

Located eight miles from the home he shared with Kim in Hidden Hills, the ranch also once had 50-foot "Yecosystems" domes built through the architecture branch of his Yeezy label, Yeezy Home, launched in 2018. Inspired by Tatooine from Star Wars, West envisioned using the prefabricated structures as housing for the homeless and even discussed sinking them into the ground with light filtering through their roofs.

While the current plans for the Calabasas ranch are unknown, West recently announced a new venture: Yeezy Porn, collaborating with Stormy Daniels' ex-husband, Mike Moz. This sparked backlash among spiritual fans, leading Ye to delete his social media. Moz explained to TMZ that the project would be unlike anything seen before, dismissing the idea of it being another porn studio. West's top Yeezy executive, Milo Yiannopoulos, quit over the brand's move into pornography, citing moral reasons.
