Recently, the 39-year-old reality luminary was spotted overseeing the progress as she arrived at her newly erected mansion in the exclusive, guard-gated community of Hidden Hills, California.

Taking a glimpse at the ongoing remodel, the mother-of-two, whose partner Tristan Thompson acquired a $12.5 million property just three doors down, strolled around the compound, radiating ease. Clad in a baggy brown sweatsuit with her golden locks styled in a high ponytail secured by a beige claw clip, the Good American founder appeared deeply engrossed in extensive exterior renovations.

Having moved into the freshly constructed abode situated on a sprawling 10,000-square-foot plot of land in 2021, Kardashian expressed her excitement during an episode of The Kardashians, exclaiming, "It's just so great to finally see this be a tangible house. We're so excited that this is … where we get to create all our memories … and put our roots down. This is mine."

Her mother lauded her efforts, acknowledging her daughter's autonomy and dedication, remarking, "She organized everything herself, she chose everything herself. She used her imagination, her creativity, her resources. Every single thing that went into this home is all because of Khloé’s blood, sweat, and tears."

Pooling their resources, Kardashian and her mother invested a combined $37 million to erect their neighboring mansions on the sprawling 3.4-acre property they acquired in April 2021. Khloe's dream home cost her $17 million, while Kris's expenditure exceeded $20 million.

Before their joint venture, Kris sold her Hidden Hills mansion for a reported $15 million, a year before acquiring the shared property with Khloe. Similarly, Khloe parted ways with her Calabasas mansion, selling it for a record-breaking $15.5 million, marking the highest sum ever paid for a residence in the celebrity-frequented locale.

Despite now housing two opulent mansions, the land was once occupied by a single-family home that was rented by Britney Spears in 2011 and 2012 for $25,000 a month. Purchased from Metro Development Homes just before Christmas, the property was originally proposed to accommodate a single-family home, but Kris and Khloe opted for two separate residences on the then-single lot.
