"He is not ill and isn’t doing hardcore drugs," an insider clarified. "Kourtney would never allow Scott to spend so much time with their kids if he was in the throes of an addiction." According to the source, Disick's decision to try Ozempic stemmed from dissatisfaction with his weight gain, particularly after seeing himself on recent video footage. Seeking a quick solution, he turned to the medication, a trend not uncommon in Hollywood.

However, concerns have surfaced regarding the extent of Disick's weight loss, prompting worry from family members and potential incorporation into "The Kardashians" show ratings. Disick's health journey has been a subject of interest, especially since an episode of the reality show highlighted his back injury and subsequent struggles with mobility and weight gain. Despite past battles with substance abuse, including alcohol poisoning and a near-fatal overdose, Disick has taken steps to address his health, including dietary changes after discovering low testosterone levels in 2020.
