Reality TV star Kourtney Kardashian and Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker are contemplating expanding their family as early as next year, fueled by the challenging pregnancy and emergency surgery she underwent for their son Rocky.

The couple, who welcomed Rocky on November 1 last year, have discussed the possibility of using a surrogate for their next child. Kourtney, 44, and Travis, 48, faced a tumultuous time during Kourtney's pregnancy, leading to urgent fetal surgery to ensure their son's well-being. Despite the difficulties, the couple feels blessed, and the experience has deepened their bond, sparking a desire for more children together.

An insider revealed exclusively to DailyMail.com that discussions about expanding their family persist, with the consideration of using a surrogate being a consistent topic. The couple is reveling in the joy of parenting Rocky and believes that next year might be the right time to think about more children.

In September 2023, concerns arose when Travis' band, Blink-182, postponed European tour dates due to an 'urgent family matter.' Subsequently, Kourtney shared on Instagram her gratitude for the doctors who saved their baby's life after an intense hospital visit.
