This image was juxtaposed with a more recent photo of Tatum, shared by Khloe's sister, Kim Kardashian, earlier this year. The adorable snapshot captured Tatum flashing a smile at the camera, showcasing his chubby cheeks and short brown hair. Further details about her nose job were revealed in April, where Khloe disclosed that she had the procedure weeks before True's first birthday in 2019, expressing regret for not doing it sooner. In discussions on The Kardashians, she candidly shared that her mother, Kris Jenner, influenced the decision, recalling, "I had the most confidence. I was chubby and in a skintight bodycon dress. You couldn't tell me otherwise. Society gave me insecurities." Khloe mused about the impact of her mother's discussions about her nose, stating, "Who knows if I never heard mom talk about my nose if I ever would have got a nose job." Despite her openness about certain procedures, Khloe has maintained that she has not undergone any other cosmetic enhancements.
