Scott Disick, 40, has finally come to terms with his split from Kourtney Kardashian and is determined to move on. 

Although initially struggling to accept Kourtney's quick relationship with Travis Barker, Scott has matured and is now focused on being a great co-parent for their children. "It was really difficult for him to see her move on so quickly with Travis, and he initially handled it in an immature way. However, he has finally accepted the situation and moved on," a source revealed. Despite their changed dynamic, Scott and Kourtney maintain a strong co-parenting relationship.

Scott Disick, who shares three children—Mason, 13, Penelope, 10, and Reign, 8—with Kourtney, prioritizes being a hands-on dad. "Being the best father he can be is the most important aspect of his life right now," the insider added.

In the past year, Scott expressed feeling left out by the Kardashian family. After Kourtney announced her engagement to Travis, he revealed on an episode of 'The Kardashians' that he often felt like an outsider. However, he acknowledged that Kourtney's new relationship provided him with an opportunity to move forward.

Scott admitted that he has now accepted Kourtney's romance with Travis, but he also opened up about feeling left out by the family. Having experienced the loss of his mother in late 2013 and his father three months later, he shared, "Feeling left out and not being informed about things is incredibly hurtful, especially when I don't have another family to turn to."

As Scott continues to navigate his post-breakup life, his focus remains on co-parenting their children with Kourtney. While the split was challenging for him initially, he has grown and matured, prioritizing his role as a father and embracing the new dynamic with Kourtney.
