The 2023 Met Gala was co-hosted by Penelope Cruz, Dua Lipa, Michaela Coel, and Roger Federer, alongside the Vogue editor-in-chief, Anna Wintour, who runs and hosts the annual event.
While the red carpet is known for its glitz and glamour, the event's main focus is on raising money for the Costume Institute. Last year's 2022 Met Gala alone raised a grand total of $17.4 million, according to Billboard. This year, the price of admission was raised from $30,000 to $50,000, as it continues to be one of the most exclusive and sought-after events in the fashion industry.
