In the trailer for the upcoming third season of the Kardashian family's Hulu series, which premiered on April 27, Kylie urged for a discussion about the beauty standards they have created, stating, "All of us just need to have a bigger conversation about the beauty standards that we're setting. I don't want my daughter to do the things I did."

Her comments come a week after she addressed her cosmetic procedures in an interview with Homme Girls, published on April 18. In the interview, Kylie debunked misconceptions surrounding her alleged insecurity and extensive plastic surgery on her face. She explained that she always had confidence, even growing up, and enjoyed being the center of attention.
Kylie expressed her love for full lips and disclosed that she had lip fillers to address her one lip insecurity. She admitted that she does not regret the procedure but maintained that she always thought she was cute.
Kylie first disclosed getting lip injections in a 2015 episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," where she acknowledged her insecurity and explained her desire for temporary lip fillers. She stated that she wanted to be truthful about her procedure but felt people were quick to judge her. However, Kylie has since addressed her cosmetic procedures on several occasions, setting the record straight about the extent of her surgeries.
In a 2019 interview with PAPER magazine, Kylie addressed rumors of a complete facial reconstruction, stating, "People think I fully went under the knife and completely reconstructed my face, which is completely false. I'm terrified. I would never." She has repeatedly defended her cosmetic procedures while also acknowledging the importance of discussing unrealistic beauty standards.
