Marc McWilliams has accused Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian of ‘unwelcome advances,’ but Kris and Kourtney's attorney has claimed the lawsuit to be 'absurd.' See what Kris and Kourtney have to say in this.

The Kardashian matriarch, Kris Jenner, 64, and Kourtney Kardashian, 41, have been “vehemently” denying the accusations claimed by their former bodyguard, Marc McWilliams in a lawsuit. The lawsuit was filed on Sept. 11 and later reviewed by HollywoodLife, and there Marc claimed that he was “subject to a pattern of unwanted and unwelcome advances and otherwise misconduct” from Kris and claimed that both mother and daughter “refused to take action” to stop it and engaged in “retaliation.” However, Kris and Kourtney's attorney has clapped back against the other allegations.

“Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian vehemently deny the completely false claims made by former security guard Marc McWilliams. His absurd allegations are clearly fabricated and are contrary to easily confirmed facts,” the attorney told in a statement given to HollywoodLife. Singer added, “Kris never acted inappropriately toward him. The security company stopped assigning McWilliams to work there after the guard was repeatedly caught sleeping in his car on the job. Significantly, McWilliams never made any complaints to his employer about Kris until contriving this ludicrous claim a year later.”
The attorney also told the HollywoodLife about the POOSH founder's mention in the lawsuit. “Although Kourtney is named in the suit, she is not accused of doing anything improper, nor did she do so. When Kris and Kourtney defeat this frivolous lawsuit, they intend to immediately sue McWilliams and his attorneys for malicious prosecution.”

McWilliam was hired around Feb. 2017 as the bodyguard of both Kris and Kourtney and he said in the lawsuit that the behaviors started in May and he became “subject to a pattern of unwanted and unwelcome advances and otherwise harassing misconduct” which also included remarks “directed at [his] physical appearance,” his “inappropriate activities,” and also comments “suggesting that [he] engage in a romantic and sexual relationship,” “concerning the physical appearance and inappropriate activities of other employees,” and “concerning the physical appearance of male members and staff.” He also faced “derogatory comments concerning [his] sex/gender.”

McWilliams was terminated as a bodyguard of Kris but he still worked with Kourtney as her bodyguards till Feb. 2019 with a “punitive reduction” in his “hourly rate, wages, and work shifts,” according to the lawsuit. McWilliams has stated that he filed a claim with the Department of Fair Employment and Housing in Sept. 2019, but the DFEH that his case again Kris and Kourtney was already "closed." Now the question is, what led him to file the lawsuit even after the DFEH notified that his case was closed.
