Demi Lovato opened up about no longer being friend with former pal Selena Gomez after years of their on-off going friendship during her Harper’s Bazzar profile.

'Sorry Not Sorry' hit maker Demi Lovato, 27 has opened up in Harper's Bazaar Interview about her current relationship with her Disney co-actor and pal Selena Gomez, 27 and revealed they are friends no more and their fans are sad hearing the news.

Demi talked about various things in her Harper's Bazaar interview, among that friendship was also one of the topic she talked about. During her revealing in May 2020 Issue, she opened up about the remaining friendships that she has with her fellow former Disney stars and addressed who she is still close to after all these years. Demi told she's still touch with Miley, as she even had appeared on Miley's Instagram live where showed she is definitely close to her and even had few good words for her. She told about Miley, “She’s awesome, and I love her to death and always will, always have. But I think she’s kind of the only one from that era that I still stay in touch with,” Likewise her bond with her Camp Rock co-stars, The Jonas Brothers, has seemingly run its course, and likewise she even have already lost touch with her former BFF Selena Gomez.

Demi and Selena knew each other as far back as 2002 when they were auditioning for Barney & Friends. They remained relatively close through their Disney days until their lives went in different directions and their pursuits became more focused. It was even known they tried to rekindle their friendship in mid 2010s but things didn't seem to work out. But later when Selena showed support for Demi’s astonishing and powerful Grammy Awards performance in January writing a lengthy comment on her Instagram story during the performance, featuring Demi as she belted her song “Anyone.”, their fans thought their friendship got better. Selena gushed about her former pal, “I wish there were words to describe how beautiful, inspirational, and DESERVED this moment was. Demi I’m so happy for you. Thank you for your courage and bravery.”

Now with the shocking interview of Demi seems like it wasn't as the situation assumed to be.  But Demi surely had somethings to say about her friendship with Selena. Demi expresses, “When you grow up with somebody, you’re always going to have love for them. But I’m not friends with her, so it felt…I will always have love for her, and I wish everybody nothing but the best.”

Demi surely has changed alot and has undergone a major lifestyle change since her near-fatal 2018 drug overdose. She is currently focusing back on her sobriety, music, and making her physical, mental and emotional health a major priority with her new lease on life.
