Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian got genuine about their relationship during the Thursday, April 22, scene of Keeping Up With the Kardashians show, however, it doesn't appear as though they're in total agreement.

At the time the scene was recorded, both E! characters were single. Us Weekly affirmed in January that Kourtney started a sentiment with dear companion Travis Barker. After one month, Disick went Instagram official with sweetheart Amelia Gray Hamlin following quite a while of dating bits of gossip.
