Kylie Jenner recently revealed a striking new look at the 2024 CFDA Fashion Awards, held at New York City's American Museum of Natural History.

The 27-year-old reality star made waves with her edgy ensemble and bold beauty choices, sparking speculation and conversation across social media. Jenner's transformed appearance, from her hairstyle to her facial features, once again prompted fans and followers to wonder: what has Kylie done to her face now?

At the CFDA Awards, Kylie debuted a dramatic eyebrow transformation with short brows that flared upward, which accentuated her sculpted face. Her new look drew attention not only for the shape of her brows but also for her taut, smooth complexion—a feature that has frequently led to rumors of cosmetic enhancements. Additionally, the beauty mogul swapped her usual long, flowing raven locks for a sharp, blunt ponytail, adding to her bold, streamlined appearance. Completing the look, Jenner wore a black, spiked gown from Jean Paul Gaultier Haute Couture by Haider Ackerman, paired with pointed-toe heels and a smoky, softened glam look. Posing with her friend Carter Gregory, who sported a shirtless look under a velvet suit, Jenner embodied high fashion with an edgy twist.

The unveiling of her latest look stirred up online speculation about whether Kylie may have undergone facial procedures. This isn't the first time that her evolving appearance has led to questions, as rumors of fillers and facelifts have circulated for years. Some Reddit users and online commentators suggested that her changed appearance could be a result of aesthetic treatments, with one commenter speculating that it could explain her "drastically" changing face. These recent rumors follow past criticism; last year, Kylie faced comments labeling her as looking "in her 40s," despite being in her mid-twenties.  Kylie has consistently denied these claims, however, emphasizing that she hasn’t altered her face.

In fact, during a recent interview with *The Wall Street Journal*, she insisted she has "never touched [her] face" with fillers. Still, in 2015, she admitted to using lip fillers to enhance her pout, citing her naturally thin lips as an "insecurity" she chose to address. Since then, her lips have become one of her most recognizable features, especially through her work with her beauty brand, Kylie Cosmetics. In recent months, Jenner has spoken candidly about her journey toward self-confidence. Now at 27, she expressed feeling “more confident” than ever before, telling *Elle* magazine that reaching this level of self-assurance has been a journey shaped by personal growth and changes in her life.

She noted that her early twenties were largely defined by motherhood and adjusting to life changes, as she had her first child, Stormi, at the young age of 20.  Having children early shifted her priorities and affected her self-image, especially through the physical changes of pregnancy. The mom of two, who shares Stormi, 6, and Aire, 2, with rapper Travis Scott, spoke openly about the challenges of postpartum depression and the process of finding her personal style again after gaining 60 pounds during both pregnancies. Today, Kylie feels more like herself than ever, crediting her newfound confidence with allowing her to launch her own fashion line, Khy, which debuted almost a year ago. Describing Khy as a lifelong dream project, Kylie explained that the line reflects her current confidence and personal style evolution.

In the same interview with *Elle*, she shared how her family has supported her through challenges, with her sister Khloe often helping with babysitting when she needs to travel for work. The Kardashian-Jenner star has long been known for her transformative looks. Since her debut on *Keeping Up With The Kardashians* as a fresh-faced ten-year-old, Kylie has undergone numerous changes, from experimenting with vibrant hair colors like blonde, teal, and pink to her famously fuller lips. Recently, during an interview with writer Veronique Hyland on her way to Paris Fashion Week, Kylie opened up about the pressures of constantly crafting iconic looks.
