In addition to sharing her outfit, Kourtney revealed her youngest son Rocky’s favorite bedtime story: *On the Night You Were Born* by Nancy Tillman.
The heartfelt children's book is special to her, as she cherishes reading it to Rocky, who will celebrate his first birthday next month. The milestone marks a joyous moment for Kourtney and her husband, Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker. Rocky Thirteen, their first child together, was born on November 1, 2023, after the couple publicly announced their pregnancy in June at a Blink-182 concert. Kourtney surprised Travis and the crowd by holding up a sign that read “Travis, I’m Pregnant,” recreating a memorable scene from the band’s *All The Small Things* music video, making the announcement a uniquely special moment for them.

While their journey to parenthood has been a joyful one, it also came with unexpected challenges. In September, Kourtney had to undergo an emergency fetal surgery to save Rocky’s life. Reflecting on the experience, Kourtney shared her gratitude for those who helped her through a difficult period, recognizing the newfound empathy she has for other mothers who have endured similar situations. Having experienced three relatively easy pregnancies in the past, she admitted that she wasn’t prepared for the fear and uncertainty of such a medical emergency.
This pregnancy followed an extended journey with IVF, which Kourtney had openly discussed on *The Kardashians*. She shared that after ten months, she stopped IVF treatments due to the toll they took on her health and mental well-being. Kourtney and Travis ultimately conceived Rocky naturally, a surprise that filled them with a mix of joy, apprehension, and gratitude. The couple, who had been friends for nearly a decade before dating in 2020, went public with their relationship in February 2021 and became engaged by October that same year. Their wedding took place in May 2022 with a small legal ceremony in Santa Barbara, followed by a grand celebration in Portofino, Italy, where friends and family joined the couple at the Dolce & Gabbana mansion to celebrate their union.
