This candid admission highlights the playful bond between the mother and daughter, as Stormi innocently reminisces about the name that didn’t ultimately stick. Before choosing Aire, Kylie and her former partner, Travis Scott, had initially settled on the name Wolf. However, shortly after his birth in March 2022, Kylie decided that the name didn’t quite fit their son and publicly clarified that Wolf was no longer an option. She explained, “We just really didn't feel like it was him. Just wanted to share because I keep seeing Wolf everywhere.” A few weeks later, they announced the name Aire, which means "Lion of God."

During her interview, Kylie reflected on her postpartum experience, admitting that it took a toll on her mental health. She explained, “Being pregnant, I wore sweatpants every day, and I didn’t have time to figure out even some of the little things in my life, and then postpartum lasted a year. Mentally, it’s really hard. Hormonally, it’s really hard.” Following Aire's birth, she experienced significant emotional challenges, describing her experience with major baby blues that left her feeling overwhelmed.

Kylie recalled how difficult it was to choose a name for her son amidst her emotional struggles. She found herself frequently on the phone with her mother, Kris Jenner, crying over the pressure of naming Aire. “Now my advice to all my friends having children is to pick the name beforehand, because when the hormones hit, you can’t make decisions. You can’t,” she advised. At the time, she felt a sense of failure for not being able to name her son right away. “When I met him, he was just the most beautiful thing to me, and I couldn’t believe how perfect he was. I felt like such a failure that I couldn’t name him,” she said, expressing the emotional weight of her experience.
