"For a long time, I called him Knight," Kylie shared. She even mentioned that her daughter Stormi still asks if she remembers "when Aire’s name was Knight." Reflecting on her journey, Kylie shared that she is "finally feeling like" herself again after going through a challenging period following her pregnancies. She admitted that during her pregnancy, she often wore sweatpants every day and didn’t have the energy to manage even the smallest details of her life. The postpartum period, which lasted a year, was particularly difficult for her. "Mentally, it’s really hard. Hormonally, it’s really hard," she explained. Kylie also opened up about the "major baby blues" she experienced after the birth of both of her children.

She noted that the emotional toll hit her differently each time, particularly after her son’s birth. "With my son, it was major baby blues. I was just so emotional over things that I probably wouldn’t be that emotional about [typically]," she shared. Through her experience, Kylie has gained wisdom, which she now shares with her friends who are becoming parents. One key piece of advice she offers is to choose a baby name before the birth. "When the hormones hit, you can’t make decisions. You can’t," she emphasized. Kylie also opened up about the emotional struggle she faced when she couldn’t immediately settle on a name for her son.

She recalled how meeting her baby for the first time was an overwhelming experience. "He was just the most beautiful thing to me, and I couldn’t believe just how perfect he was. I felt like such a failure that I couldn’t name him," she admitted. This challenge left her feeling triggered and deeply emotional, as she felt her son deserved a name that reflected how perfect he was. Kylie’s candid reflections offer a glimpse into the often-unseen challenges of motherhood, especially in the public eye. Through her vulnerability, she connects with other parents who may have experienced similar struggles, reminding them that it’s okay to face challenges and that every journey to motherhood is unique.
