Billionaire Kim Kardashian has been known for her fashion-forward choices and high-profile lifestyle, and she’s now taking a unique approach to sharing her style with fans by selling her used clothing online.

This is not a new venture for Kim, as she has been selling her pre-owned fashion items for years. However, what’s grabbing attention now is her recent addition of some particularly notable items to the Kardashian Kloset—a resale site dedicated to offering luxury pieces from the Kardashian-Jenner family’s wardrobes.

Earlier this week, Kim announced that she had updated her collection on Kardashian Kloset with some new additions, including two vintage swimsuits from Dior. One of these pieces is a blue-and-white Dior bikini, which Kim showcased on the Kardashian Kloset Instagram page. The post, which featured Kim in the bikini, was captioned, "J’adore Kim’s epic new Christian Dior swimsuit & much more online now ❤️✌️."

Additionally, a white Dior one-piece swimsuit was listed for just over $1,000, though it seems to have already been quickly purchased. Despite the buzz surrounding these items, not all of Kim’s listings are flying off the shelves. A significant reason for this appears to be the sizing of the items. Many of the clothes available are in size XS, which may not align with the average American woman’s size—reportedly around size 14. This size mismatch could be a contributing factor to the slower sales of certain pieces.

Another potential hurdle for buyers is the price point of these luxury items. While some pieces are available at a reduced price during "blowout" sales—such as a Gianfranco Ferré bustier that was marked down from $395 to $195—many items remain expensive. The website is packed with inventory, with Kim alone offering about seven pages of items ranging from dresses and tops to shoes, purses, and even jewelry.

Kardashian Kloset is not limited to Kim’s wardrobe. Her sisters Kourtney, Khloe, Kylie, and Kendall, as well as their momager Kris Jenner, brother Rob, and even the Kardashian-Jenner kids, also list items for sale. For example, Khloe’s daughter, True Thompson, had a Burberry dress listed on the site, complete with a photo of her modeling the designer outfit. In its early days, Kardashian Kloset used to donate 10% of its profits to charity, but that no longer seems to be the case. The site’s "About" section now focuses on the luxury and exclusivity of the items available, stating that the goal is to offer fans the opportunity to own a part of the Kardashian-Jenner lifestyle while promoting sustainability.

Despite the high price tags, Kardashian Kloset has garnered attention for its unique offerings, like Kylie Jenner’s beige Hermès Birkin bag listed for $65,000. However, given that the average annual salary in the U.S. is around $63,795, with the median being slightly lower at $59,384, it’s not surprising that some of these luxury items take time to sell. Launched in 2021, Kardashian Kloset has since become a go-to destination for fans looking to snag pieces from the famous family’s closets. In June of that year, the site even opened its first pop-up shop at Resorts World Las Vegas, offering fans an in-person shopping experience to purchase unique items directly from the e-commerce site.
