In one photo, Kim dazzled in a stunning blue and gold corset gown with a daring thigh-high split, paired with platform heels. Another image showcased her wearing an eye-catching necklace featuring 170 carats of diamonds, as reported by Page Six. This was notable because Kim had previously vowed to stop flaunting diamonds on social media after being robbed at gunpoint in her Paris hotel in 2016.

However, Kim faced criticism for her fashion choices at the wedding. After sharing photos of her outfits, she received numerous comments about her wearing red, a color traditionally reserved for Indian brides. Social media users accused her of attempting to upstage the bride, pointing out that she wore red twice during the three-day wedding celebration in Mumbai. Kim sported a total of four outfits for the events. She wore a white ensemble, a pale pink lehenga, and two bright red outfits.  For Friday's ceremony, she donned a racy red lehenga alongside her sister Khloe. On Sunday, she opted for another bold crimson look with a long train and veil.

Despite the criticism, the Ambanis appeared unfazed as Kim was seen enjoying friendly exchanges with the bride, groom, and their families. Her first outfit for the weekend was a sparkling two-piece set, featuring a low-cut, off-the-shoulder bra top with tassels and a matching skirt with intricate beadwork and a beaded dupatta. For the second day of celebrations, she wore a pale pink satin lehenga adorned with intricate beading, a long-sleeved choli, and a matching dupatta. On Sunday, she wore a halter-style wrapped top with a matching skirt and a flowing scarlet veil, topped off with a striking emerald headpiece.

In the comments section of her Instagram post showcasing her Sunday night red outfit by Gaurav Gupta, she faced backlash. One user remarked, "Not supposed to wear red to a wedding in India. That's saved for the bride." Another commented, "I'm Mexican & even I know you're NOT supposed to wear red to an Indian wedding," accompanied by a face palm emoji. Additional critics noted that her outfit looked "cheap" and "not Indian at all." Despite the criticism, Kim appeared unbothered and continued to share photos from the event. On Monday, she posted a series of images featuring a white lehenga with intricate gold beading and embroidery, complemented by dazzling silver jewelry.

She captioned the post, "Diamonds and Pearls for the Ambani wedding," and included another snap of her crimson red outfit from Sunday, calling it an "emerald appreciation post." In exclusive photos obtained by DailyMail.com, Kim was seen mingling at the wedding celebration, including a sweet moment with little Romy Johnson, the two-year-old daughter of former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and his wife Carrie. Kim, Khloe, and Romy, dressed in a peach and cream lehenga by designer Rahul Mishra, shared smiles and camaraderie, blending politics and showbiz in a heartwarming interaction.
