As the founder of the ReRise app, she offered advice to those beginning their fitness journey. "I always say start small," she advised. "One step at a time. Start with 20 minutes, start with five minutes, or even one minute, and then build that habit."  The fitness guru emphasized creating consistent habits daily. "A lot of the time we think that motivation is what is needed, and it is not," she shared.

Building healthy habits, she explained, comes down to making it easier to make healthy decisions. Senada stressed the importance of a routine, suggesting working out at the same time every day and making it as easy as possible. "If you're going to the gym, lay out your workout clothes and shoes the night before. Some people even wear their workout clothes to sleep because it eliminates another step," she suggested. "Don't leave it up to chance for later in the day."

While working out for only five minutes might seem minimal, Senada says it's the foundation for creating a solid habit. "That's what's key about making fitness a lifelong activity because it's not a sprint—it's a lifelong marathon," she pointed out. She explained that while you might not see drastic results initially, it's about building up gradually. "Five minutes a day for a week, 10 minutes the next week, and then you start building from there. That makes it more accessible," the celebrity trainer noted.

For a five-minute workout, Senada suggests starting with a walk or run on a treadmill, followed by squats or deadlifts. "It will target some of the biggest muscles in your body—maybe do some rows, and then you've got a few movements covered," she explained. For at-home workouts without gym equipment, she recommends squatting from sitting to standing on the couch or using the couch for hip thrusts. "I'm a big believer that you can turn anything around your house into something to work out with," she said.

Senada also credits meditation with improving her mental health. "Meditation is huge; I try to incorporate that every day," she shared, adding that she journals before bed and practices gratitude. Speaking about working with Kim Kardashian, Senada described her as highly dedicated. "She shows up on time and is ready to go.

She never complains or backs away from something," the trainer praised. Working with celebrities, Senada believes, helps spread her message of strength. "I believe in working with these people who have such high influence because of the impact they will have on the larger population," she explained. "Through them, I can send a message of strength for women. Strength is beautiful, strength is confidence—whatever that looks like. Strength doesn't have to come with big muscles, but if I can send that message of strength to especially young women, then my purpose is fulfilled."
