The 43-year-old SKIMS founder, who recently turned heads at Michael Rubin's 4th of July bash, posted clips and photos from her gym session, showcasing her use of muscle stimulation on her upper thighs.
In the first clip, Kim filmed her legs stretched out on a mat, with white 'muscle stimulator pads' placed around her thighs and connected to a stimulator machine. "How we do our leg days now @seneda.grace," she wrote, referring to her celebrity personal trainer Senada Greca. As Greca adjusted the settings, Kim could be heard saying, "Yeah, you can go a little higher," before reacting to the sensation with, "S***. Four is good. I'll start squatting and move it up to six." Electrical stimulation, often used in physical therapy, helps strengthen muscles, block pain signals, and improve blood circulation, according to Very Well Health.

Kim, dressed in a fitted brown sports bra and matching shorts from Senada's clothing brand Zentoa, continued her workout while explaining to her 361 million followers, "All right guys, so this is how I'm doing my workouts as we've been building my thighs. I've gained some healthy weight, especially in my thighs. And this is what we've been doing." She added in text, "Our leg days are working! We've been on a mission @seneda.greca."

Kim often shares glimpses of her challenging workout sessions on Instagram. Earlier in May, she posted videos of herself doing squats and weight training, using the WeRise App, founded by Greca. Despite occasionally ignoring some workout instructions, as she humorously admitted, Kim remains dedicated to her fitness goals.

"Strength is beautiful, strength is confidence," Greca said. "Strength doesn't have to come with big muscles, but if I can send that message to especially young women, my purpose is fulfilled." Greca advises starting small when beginning a fitness journey, suggesting five-minute workouts to build consistency. "I see it as not a sprint - it's a lifelong marathon," she noted.
Aside from her fitness regimen, Kim has been busy with her various brands. She recently attended Michael Rubin's star-studded Fourth of July bash in the Hamptons, wearing a stunning white halter top and maxi skirt. Kim is also expanding her SKKN by Kim brand, teasing the upcoming launch of a fragrance line and promoting her new lip glosses and highlighters. In an interview with Harper's Bazaar, she expressed her commitment to ensuring her products help users look and feel their best.
