The 40-year-old reality star has been advised to explore therapy for personal issues but has expressed skepticism about its effectiveness for her. Khloe revealed that she has previously attended therapy sessions with three or four different therapists.

However, she felt that these experiences did not provide the guidance or connection she needed. "I've done therapy," Khloe said candidly. "I’ve told my whole life story, and it felt like they just said, 'Okay.' I never got any real guidance." Khloe shared that her past therapy sessions, including those before the birth of her son Tatum in August 2022, did not resonate with her. She recounted a particular instance where a therapist told her she didn’t need therapy because she processed her emotions in a matter-of-fact way.

"I was told by one therapist that I didn’t need therapy because I process things so matter-of-factly. It was a strange encounter," she admitted. In a past encounter, Khloe discussed how she discovered her ex-husband Lamar Odom in a drug den. Despite the traumatic nature of the situation, her therapist questioned if she was upset, leading to Khloe feeling as though the therapist was not fully understanding her needs. "I was calm about it, and then the therapist said, 'I don’t really think you need me.' I was like, 'What? Is she firing me?'" Khloe joked about the situation.

Malika Haqq, on *The Kardashians*, argued that Khloe needs help to navigate through her traumatic experiences, suggesting that therapy could offer valuable support. "You’ve gone through several traumatic events, and you need someone to help you find your exit," Malika said. "It’s not about telling you how to be Khloe, but how to see your way out." Khloe acknowledged the possibility that she might need therapy but doesn’t feel that she’s currently struggling to the extent that necessitates it.

She remarked, "I’m sure I need therapy. I just don’t think I’m struggling to the point where I need to find my way. I’m open to trying therapy, but who has the time?" Malika encouraged Khloe to try different therapists and make time for it. Khloe responded, "Okay, yeah, I’ll try therapy," but expressed concern about finding the time for it. Khloe’s sister Kourtney Kardashian also went to therapy following her breakup with Scott Disick and has advocated for therapy within the family.
