Khloe Kardashian shared a touching tribute to her ex, Tristan Thompson's brother Amari, on Instagram to celebrate his 18th birthday on Saturday.
The 40-year-old TV personality, who recently shared a fun throwback snap with the Haqq twins, posted a heartfelt message along with several photos of herself with Amari over the years. In her caption, Khloe wrote: "Happy 18th Birthday, sweet angel Amari! I can't believe you are 18! You have changed our lives in the best possible ways! Thank you for being an angel to us all! You are the sweetest, silliest, and most loving young man.

I hope you feel how much we love and adore you, our sweet angel Amari." She concluded the message with a blue heart emoji.The post also included a birthday party photo with Amari surrounded by loved ones, including Kim's children North, Saint, and Chicago, and Kourtney's kids Penelope and Reign. The post featured various images, including a selfie taken with Amari on a spacious patio and another photo of them watching a film in a movie theater. Amari, who suffers from a severe form of epilepsy called Lennox-Gastaut syndrome (LGS), was also seen in a clip bonding with Khloe's son Tatum, who kissed Amari's cheek as he slept.
Khloe also shared a poignant photo of Amari with his late mother, Andrea, who passed away in January 2023 from a heart attack. Despite their split, Khloe supported Tristan during his mourning period by attending Andrea's funeral in Canada, along with Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner. In February, Tristan became Amari's legal guardian, 13 months after Andrea's passing. Fans flooded the comment section with birthday wishes for Amari. Tristan also shared a birthday post on Instagram, expressing his love and gratitude for his brother.

Kris Jenner also posted a sweet birthday message for Amari, calling him "the sweetest, most special soul" and expressing her love and gratitude for him. Khloe responded to her mother's post, expressing disbelief that Amari was already 18 and sharing her excitement for the celebration.
Despite their past issues, Khloe and Tristan have maintained a positive co-parenting relationship for their children. They began dating in 2016 and welcomed their first child, True, in April 2018. Tristan's multiple infidelity scandals led to several breakups and reconciliations, but they continued to support each other and their family. Khloe and Tristan welcomed their second child, Tatum, via surrogate in July 2022. Tristan also has a son, Theo, with Maralee Nichols, and a son, Prince, with ex Jordan Craig. Recently, Khloe addressed her relationship with Tristan on an episode of Hulu's "The Kardashians," confirming that the "door is closed" on rekindling their romance.
