Hollywood's newest A-list trio has made their way to TV, as Ivanka Trump and Lauren Sanchez were seen celebrating their close friend Kim Kardashian's birthday in the latest episode of *The Kardashians*.

Ivanka, the 42-year-old daughter of former President Donald Trump, and Lauren, the 54-year-old fiancée of billionaire Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, were among the first celebrities to arrive at the party thrown for Kim by her sister Khloe Kardashian at Funke in Beverly Hills.

Proving their top status in Kim's inner circle, Ivanka sat on Kim's right, while Lauren was two seats down. During a heartfelt speech, Kim described everyone in attendance as her 'ride-or-dies', saying, 'I trust all of you.' Given their VIP placement and Kim's gushing description, it's clear that Ivanka and Lauren have quickly ascended to the top of her friendship group. This week's episode of *The Kardashians* featured footage from Kim's star-studded birthday party in October 2023.

Ivanka and Lauren both dressed to impress at the bash. Ivanka wore a two-piece sequined set with a high slit, showing off her toned and bronzed legs. Lauren, a former journalist, displayed her fit physique in a skin-tight black gown that complemented her hair perfectly.

Kim, the birthday girl, was the center of attention in a racy red dress that accentuated her ample assets. She posed alongside her close friends, praising them for supporting her through every step of her life. Other women in Kim's inner circle include Allison Statter, Zoe Winkler (daughter of Henry Winkler), Simone Harouche, Lindsay May, Sarah Meyer Michaelson, and Ashley Kraines. Kim and Ivanka's friendship traces back several years, and it only strengthened after they began working on prison reforms together. They first crossed paths in 2014 at the Met Gala, where they bonded over motherhood. A source told *Us Weekly* in 2023, 'Kim and Ivanka have been friends for years and have hung out on a number of occasions. They initially bonded nearly a decade ago at the Met Gala over motherhood and being new moms. But they continued to connect numerous times over the years.'

Since their initial meeting, the women have been spotted together frequently. In 2018, they were seen side by side at the White House, where Kim petitioned Ivanka's father, then-President Trump, to commute the life sentence of drug offender Alice Marie Johnson. The duo worked closely to reduce and clear prison sentences, with Kim often confiding in Ivanka while attending dinner parties at her house. In 2020, Kim praised Ivanka's father online, highlighting his commutation of sentences for three deserving women. 'President Trump commuted the sentences of three really deserving women.

I didn't hear much about it in the news, so I wanted to share with you their stories,' she wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter. By 2022, Ivanka and Kim seemed closer than ever, enjoying a three-hour dinner at an upscale eatery. This meetup occurred two weeks after Kanye West's controversial remarks about Jewish people. In October 2023, Ivanka, who converted to Orthodox Judaism in 2009 before marrying Jared Kushner, joined Kim to celebrate her birthday, as aired on *The Kardashians*. Kim later shared snaps from the star-studded party on Instagram, calling her friends the 'jackpot'.

The duo also attended the opening of Fontainebleau in Las Vegas together in December 2023. Kim and Lauren's friendship formed in a rather unconventional way: they had a bidding war over a Balenciaga gown during New York Fashion Week. Instead of continuing to outbid each other, they decided to share the gown. Ultimately, they both received a dress and jetted off to France for fittings, where their bond truly began. Kim has praised Lauren, calling her a 'girl's girl' in *Vogue*. 'Lauren and I are always sending DMs building each other up.

Every time there's a look that we like, she'll say, "WOW," or, "OMG you look amazing."' Their bond grew stronger over the next few months, with Lauren even becoming close friends with Kim's mom, Kris Jenner. The trio let their hair down at Beyoncé's Renaissance show in September. Kris later gushed about Lauren and Jeff Bezos, saying, 'We know they will be in our lives forever.' Kim and Lauren have also stepped out multiple times for dinner together. When Lauren celebrated her 53rd birthday in December 2022, Kim was right there, posing for selfies.

Kim also attended Jeff Bezos's birthday celebration in January 2024, alongside Ivanka. Ivanka and Lauren's connection through Kim highlights how she keeps her friends close and loves to mix and mingle with various circles. After Kim's birthday party in October 2023, Lauren described the event as 'an absolute blast' and praised Kim, writing, 'Your kind heart shines equally as bright as your beauty, and it's a constant reminder of the incredible person you are, both inside and out.
