Just weeks after discussing her emergency pregnancy surgery, Kourtney Kardashian revealed her scar on *The Kardashians*.
The 45-year-old reality star, on bed rest due to her complicated pregnancy, still managed to do a photoshoot despite her condition. The photoshoot's client wasn't disclosed, but Kourtney showcased her scar in several pictures. Though she posed in various outfits, she didn't attend Kim Kardashian's lavish party. However, she did wish her sister a happy birthday via video call while en route to the event.

The episode begins with Kourtney getting glammed up by hairstylist Dimitris Giannetos and makeup artist Leah Darcy. "Ooh, I just started thinking, do I need stuff for Palm Springs? Do I need stuff for…," Kourtney starts, as Leah jokes about needing glam post-birth. Kourtney insists, "Yes," and reminisces about her mom Kris Jenner getting glam before giving birth.

In a confessional, Kourtney explains, "Today I am shooting with the Morelli Brothers. My doctors gave me strict orders: shoot for two hours tops, make sure it's 10 minutes from home, and stop if I feel unwell." Kris Jenner checks in, asking Kourtney how she feels and commenting on her radiation blanket for protection from her computer. Kris predicts more bed rest for Kourtney, who confirms she's already on partial bed rest but must move to avoid clots.
