Kourtney Kardashian continues to embrace her postpartum body and speak out against diet culture, following the birth of her son Rocky.
Seven months after welcoming her fourth child with husband Travis Barker, the 45-year-old reality star shared an inspiring message with her 223 million followers. On Saturday morning, the Poosh founder posted a meme on her Instagram Story of a woman standing on a scale with the caption: "I've finally reached my goal weight of don't f**king care.

My body is the least interesting thing about me." Kourtney added her own sentiment, "Mood [heart hands emoji]," over the image. Since giving birth, Kourtney has been open about the challenges of adjusting to her postpartum body. This spring, she shared heartfelt advice for new moms, urging them to ignore societal pressure to quickly return to their pre-pregnancy shape, calling it unrealistic.
In a touching note, Kourtney wrote: "Dear new mommies, Your body is beautiful at all stages. During pregnancy as we are glowing and growing, postpartum as we are healing and shrinking, and then that period I find the hardest as our bodies are still adjusting." She emphasized the importance of being kind to oneself during this transition and acknowledged the added complexities of breastfeeding.
She concluded with an encouraging reminder: "Life is beautiful, you are beautiful. Just a little reminder (for me too). XOXO," accompanied by white and blue hearts. In May, Kourtney revealed her apprehension about a photoshoot for The Kardashians three months postpartum, admitting she wasn't ready to be in a tight dress with a large crew. Despite having her baby boy on set, she noted the stark contrast between the glamorous shoot and her cozy days at home.

Her friend Malika Haqq added, "Beautiful life."
