Kim Kardashian gave her 362 million followers a glimpse into her skincare routine on Wednesday by introducing them to one of the most influential people in her life: her dermatologist, Dr. Simon Ourian.
The 43-year-old reality star shared a short video on her Instagram Stories featuring Dr. Ourian, the cosmetic dermatologist she has relied on for years to maintain her fresh and youthful skin. Dr. Ourian, who is also a go-to dermatologist for many models and Hollywood stars, serves not just Kim but her entire family. In one Instagram Story photo, Kim flaunted a minimal makeup look and plump lips, posing for a selfie with Dr. Ourian.
In another video, Kim put Dr. Ourian in the spotlight, introducing him with, "OK guys, Dr. Ourian, my cosmetic dermatologist, my therapist, my... everything," before he chimed in with a "thank you." The clip cut off before Kim could elaborate, showing Dr. Ourian in a gray sport coat over a thin black sweater, while Kim wore a casual black fleece top with her platinum blond hair parted down the middle and tied back, revealing her darker roots.

It wasn’t clear whether the video was filmed at Dr. Ourian’s office or during a house call, as the minimalist room design reflected Kim's style. Dr. Ourian is renowned for his non-surgical procedures that reshape patients' noses or contour their jawlines without the need for surgery, which often involves longer recovery periods and higher risks of infection.
In a 2022 interview with Allure, Dr. Ourian attributed part of Kim's beauty to her genetics, emphasizing the importance of symmetry and proportion in a beautiful face. Kim has openly discussed undergoing Coolbeam laser treatments with Dr. Ourian to reduce the appearance of stretch marks. Although there are rumors of her having a non-surgical tummy tuck, she has not confirmed this procedure.
