The 43-year-old mogul shared a promotional video where she is seen applying the gloss while relaxing in a picturesque field. Dressed in an off-the-shoulder cream top and a flowing maxi skirt, with her platinum blonde hair cascading around her, Kim looked ethereal as she demonstrated her latest product.

She described the lip gloss as buildable, adding shine, and announced its release date as June 21. This new launch from Kim comes just a month after her sister Kylie Jenner, 26, released a similar product through her own brand, Kylie Cosmetics. Kylie's lip gloss, named Supple Kiss Lip Glaze, was unveiled and released on May 21. Despite the close timing of their releases, both sisters continue to maintain their own unique presence in the beauty industry.
Kim's announcement also included the release of a new highlighter on the same date, June 21. This expansion under the SKKN umbrella marks another milestone in Kim's evolving beauty empire. She initially launched SKKN by Kim on June 21, 2022, and later relaunched her makeup line under the same brand on January 26, 2024.
The decision to consolidate her beauty products under SKKN followed the closure of her previous brands, KKW Beauty and KKW Fragrance, in August 2021 and May 2022, respectively. Kim clarified that the rebranding was not related to her split from Kanye West but was intended to improve customer experience by reducing the inconvenience of paying separate shipping costs for products from different websites.
Kim's entrepreneurial journey has been marked by significant achievements. In 2019, she launched her successful SKIMS brand, which offers loungewear, shapewear, and swimwear. Since its inception, SKIMS has seen its value double to $3.2 billion, substantially increasing Kim's net worth. According to Forbes, her net worth rose from $780 million in October 2020 to $1 billion by April 2021, thanks in part to her selling 20 percent of KKW Beauty to Coty for $200 million, a deal finalized in January 2021.
