The property Kardashian purchased was previously owned by supermodel Cindy Crawford and her husband, Rande Gerber. Crawford showcased the home in a 2017 Vogue interview, and it was sold in 2018 to Yellowstone actress Barret Swatek and her husband, Adam Weiss, for $45 million. They listed it for $99.5 million in March 2022, and Kardashian closed the deal in September 2022, taking out a $48 million mortgage.
