After Kim Kardashian clashed with her elder sister Kourtney Kardashian during Season 4 of The Kardashians, it appears that the SKIMS founder is now locking horns with Khloe Kardashian in Season 5. The season kicked off with most of the family—Kim, Kris Jenner, Corey Gamble, Kendall Jenner, and Kylie Jenner—jetting off to Paris for Fashion Week, while Kourtney remained home due to her 31.5-week pregnancy.

Khloe and momager Kris were hanging out at Scott Disick's place when Kris queried Khloe about joining them in Paris, but Khloe seemed disinterested. Kris mentioned packing for Paris Fashion Week, prompting Khloe to express her reluctance, especially given Kim's short stay plan of just 12 hours. "There are a couple of things holding me back from wanting to go to Paris. School has just started and the school routine… is a routine," Khloe remarked in confession. "Especially when Kim told me we’re in Paris for 12 hours. That didn’t really seal the deal for me," she added.

"Kim can fly by the seat of her pants, but it’s not me. I’m not gonna change who I am. I was like, you know what? I actually don’t care to do this. I would rather be with my kids," Khloe reiterated. As Kris prepared to leave, Scott called her out for not packing herself, but Kris insisted she 'organizes.' Later on the plane, Kim, Kris, and Corey were reminded that Khloe had wanted one of the beds, indicating her absence.

Kim expressed clear annoyance at Khloe's absence, labeling her as 'unbearable these days.' "Khloe is not coming and honestly she’s just not feeling it. When you’re not feeling it, there’s nothing that can force you to come and have a good time. Like you will just be miserable. I am not in the mood to deal," Kim expressed.
Meanwhile, Khloe explained her decision, citing her concern for Kourtney nearing the end of her pregnancy and the need for someone to be there, even for the kids. "Kourtney is at the very end of her pregnancy. I feel like someone has to be here, even for all the kids, like God forbid there’s a natural disaster. I just feel like somebody has to be here. I know I’m an overthinker, I know I’m insane. Welcome to my mind," Khloe reasoned.

At the episode's end, Kim reiterated her disappointment at Khloe's absence, wishing she had joined for the Paris trip. "I came to support Victoria, I came to support Kendall, I love seeing my mom…I do wish Khloe was here. Khloe can be so stuck in a routine. She’s not gonna meet anyone at carpool. She’s not gonna meet anyone at drop-off. She’s only gonna meet people when she does adult things," Kim reflected.
