Blac Chyna took the stage in Los Angeles on Sunday to accept the Transformation Award, joined by her children Dream Kardashian and King Cairo.

The 36-year-old rapper, who was recently spotted with boyfriend Derrick Milano in Calabasas, received the award from the Los Angeles Department of Mental Health through the Take Action LA initiative.

Chyna stunned in a plunging white top and black ruffled miniskirt, with her signature raven locks styled in slicked-back waves and black sky-high platform heels.  During her tearful acceptance speech, she said, "I just want to say thank you to I Love Myself, and today it feels surreal to me. Two years ago, I got baptized on my birthday, May 11th. My God has really changed my life around."

The proud mom, whose real name is Angela Renée White, expressed her gratitude for her children and the positive changes in her life. "Things are totally different. Not even just in my personal life, my work life and my love life, in my relationship with my mother, with my kids," she said on stage.

Dream looked adorable in a silver T-shirt and matching skirt, accessorized with a silver purse and cowboy boots. King sported a grey beanie, jacket, jeans, and white sneakers, showing his support for his mother.

Chyna shares Dream with Robert Kardashian, whom she dated from 2016 to 2017. She occasionally appeared on Keeping Up with the Kardashians before their daughter was born on November 10, 2016. King Cairo is Chyna's son with rapper Tyga, who previously dated Kylie Jenner, Robert's younger sister. Chyna and Tyga started dating in 2011, got engaged in 2012, and welcomed King in October 2012. They split in 2014, with Chyna stating that the relationship had "run its course."

Chyna and Tyga recently reached a legal agreement over their son's custody. The document states, "Parties have reached agreements on child custody, visitation, and payment of their respective attorney's fees. Both parties acknowledge that they have entered into this Stipulation and Order voluntarily and free of any duress or undue influence."

Currently, Chyna is dating Derrick Milano, a Grammy winner for co-writing the Beyoncé remix of Megan Thee Stallion's "Savage." They went public with their relationship last September in an Instagram post where Milano sweetly lifted Chyna off her feet. "It hits different when you find your best friend & lover at the same time," he captioned the post. "Love you, Angela."
