The necklace included letters for herself, husband Travis Barker, their children (including those from previous relationships), and other loved ones.

During the celebration at IHOP, Kourtney showcased her unique necklace, which featured initials for Kourtney (K), Travis (T), their kids Penelope (P), Mason (M), Reign (R), and Rocky (R), as well as Travis's children Landon (L) and Alabama (A) from his previous marriage to Shanna Moakler. Additionally, there was an initial for Atiana De La Hoya, Shanna's daughter with boxer Oscar De La Hoya.

The birthday breakfast had an 'all black' dress code, with Kourtney donning a black onesie featuring a white skeleton design, complemented by oversized sunglasses and stylishly pinned-up raven hair with curtain bangs.
