Accompanying the first photo of the family opening gifts on the dining room floor, Khloe wrote, 'Happy Birthday,' tagging Tristan. In the second photo, showing him with his 17-year-old brother Amari, who has epilepsy, she added, 'Your mommy is proud of you. Happy birthday.'

These messages hold particular significance, referring to the NBA star's late mother, Andrea, who passed away from a heart attack in her Toronto home last year. Notably, Tristan has been granted legal guardianship of Amari, as confirmed by court documents obtained by TODAY.com on February 26, 2024.

Khloe and Tristan's relationship timeline dates back to the summer of 2016 when they were first spotted together at LA's Bootsy Bellows nightclub.
