Kim Kardashian, the reality TV personality, has decided to shut down one of her businesses, the mobile game 'Kim Kardashian: Hollywood,' nearly a decade after its launch in collaboration with Glu Mobile back in 2014.
The game, which allowed users to navigate the path to A-list celebrity status by emulating Kardashian's journey, will cease operations on April 8. Kim Kardashian expressed gratitude to the players in a statement, acknowledging the impact of the game on her life. 'I'm so grateful from the bottom of my heart to everyone who has loved and played Kim Kardashian: Hollywood in the past 10 years,' Kardashian stated. However, she noted that it's time to redirect her energy toward other passions and thanked the Glu team and others involved in the game's success.

The mobile game, while receiving mixed reviews, achieved significant financial success, earning $1.6 million within five days of its release. Despite closing this chapter, Kardashian remains engaged in various ventures, including running her clothing line SKIMS and her skincare brand SKKN. In 2022, she launched her private equity firm, SKKY.
Beyond her entrepreneurial pursuits, Kardashian continues her acting career with an appearance in FX series 'American Horror Story: Delicate' and her upcoming role in a '*** adult' drama series by AHS creator Ryan Murphy. She remains actively involved in criminal reform and her law degree pursuit, aiming to establish a 'successful' law firm inspired by her late father, Robert Kardashian.
