Kim Kardashian has recently disclosed that she has been silently enduring a painful injury that has hindered her ability to engage in physical exercise for the past several weeks.

The reality star, aged 42, took to her Instagram account, where she boasts a massive following of 363 million, to unveil this personal challenge on Monday. In her online confession, she elaborated, "Okay, guys, something you don't know about me is that I broke my shoulder and I tore the tendon." Kim went on to share that her journey towards recovery was commencing with rehabilitation efforts, including a renewed focus on her workout regimen under the guidance of her personal trainer, Melissa Alcantara.

Remarkably, Melissa had herself previously grappled with the very same injury. Despite the setback, Kim expressed her unwavering determination to overcome the obstacle, affirming, "nothing" would prevent her from resuming her gym routine. In a glimpse into her life, Kim offered a view of her home gym as she filmed her fitness coach enjoying a SKIMS energy drink. While the exact circumstances and timing of her injuries remain unclear, Kim's consistent commitment to her fitness routine is well-documented. Typically embarking on her workout sessions as early as 5:30 am, she often shares her gym activities through social media. 


On July 5, her personal trainer, Senada Greca, showcased a vigorous workout session on her own Instagram account, demonstrating Kim's dedication to maintaining her physical fitness. In the video, Kim displayed her well-toned physique in a black bra and fitted leggings, executing challenging weightlifting exercises and targeting muscle groups. The reality TV star adopted a practical approach, working out barefoot while shielding her hands with fingerless gloves to handle weights safely. Kim's fresh-faced appearance and minimalist attire underscored her focus on her physical exertions.

Kim's training routine encompassed a series of demanding exercises, including banded monster walks, weighted hip thrusts, and squats. She revealed that she dedicates two hours daily, five to six days a week, to exercise under the guidance of her trainer, Senada.
