The representative further asserted that they possess documented evidence to support their claim. However, an inside source closely connected to Kylie Jenner revealed that it is conceivable that the model's agent might have withheld the payment, absolving Kylie of any responsibility in the matter.

Additionally, the source disclosed that the same model had subsequently requested a letter of recommendation from Kylie's brand, which they declined to provide. Furthermore, it has been alleged that the model's team attempted to secure additional work opportunities with Kylie's company subsequent to the photo shoots in 2020.

Kylie Jenner's company is currently facing a lawsuit filed by a model named Sasha Palma, who alleges that she did not receive timely payment for two photo shoots and is now seeking a substantial six-figure compensation. According to the lawsuit, which TMZ has obtained, Sasha was initially hired for a one-day shoot in June 2020, at a rate of $2,000 per day, for the promotion of Kylie's cosmetic products. Sasha contends that she was entitled to receive her payment by early July, but Kylie's company failed to meet the deadline by more than 30 days.

Sasha claims that although Kylie's company had the means to pay her on time, they deliberately chose not to do so. As a result, Sasha argues that she is owed $60,000 in penalties. The model's lawsuit further states that a similar situation occurred when she was hired for another one-day photo shoot in August 2020. Sasha alleges that her $2,000 check was not issued until more than 30 days after the agreed-upon deadline, entitling her to an additional $60,000 in penalties. Consequently, Sasha is pursuing a total of $120,000 in damages from Kylie's company. TMZ reached out to Kylie's company for comment, but as of now, no response has been received.
